Safety and Health Manager Bio

Jack Fillinger, CSP, Safety and Health Council of Western Missouri and Kansas. Jack received his Bachelors of Science and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Safety from Central Missouri State University and has also achieved the distinction of being a Certified Safety Professional.  Jack worked in the manufacturing environment for over thirty years.  Since 1993, Jack has been the manager of Occupational Services for the Safety and Health Council of Western Missouri and Kansas.  Jack has specialized experience in developing and managing safety and health programs which include conducting facility safety audits and inspections.  He is experienced in conducting employee exposure surveys including noise level monitoring, air sampling ventilation, and illumination.  In addition to training for the  Safety & Health Council, Jack conducts training for various organizations including the Federal OSHA Training Institute, St Joe Safety & Health Council, Maple Woods College, and many others.
